Under Body Complete와 Upper Body를 가공,
조립시키는 Line이며, 자동차 차체 생산Line의
가장 중심이 되는 설비이다. 투입되는 Upper
Body는 Side Body LH/RH, Roof, Cowl &
Dash, Package Tray등의 SUB Complete가
있다. |

차체 Upper Body의 중심부품이며 Inner와
Outer로 구별되어 가공, 조립된 후 Marri-
age 시켜 Complete된다. LH/RH 구분되며
특정 부위를 제외하고는 Line이 대칭형상
을 가진다. |

승객의 승하차와 안전을 동시에 만족시키는
중요한 장치이며 용접, Sealing, Hemming
등을 실시하여 Inner와 Outer를 가공, 조립
하여 Complete 시킨다. |

Roof Panel에 Sealing하고 Front/Rear Hea-
der를 Assembly하는 용접 공정인 Roof
Assembly Jig 및 Panel을 Pallet에 적재하여
반송기로 Unloading하기 위한 장치이며 Pa-
llet 사용 구간, 교체 구간을 위한 Pallet
Exchange Equipment등이 있다. |
